We are finally on the way to expanding our facilities.

August 31, 2009 - In the beginning.....the grounds were a shapeless, chaotic mess, with the Spirit of the Pastor brooding over the project.

  
  These shoes are great! No Tonka here! That's a lot of coffee. Anyone seen Gary? Where is the playground? Are you sure it's this long? Here is the man from Home Depot.  Those silly gophers!  

September 8th - Then the foreman said.....let the project separate into two sections, the sanctuary above and the hall below, and the great trucks brought mud.

The Great Truck with Mud! Order takes shape. The mud is shaped into form. Workers smooth out the surface of the mud. The workers rest and view the new foundation.  

October 4th - The foreman said....let the water be gathered so the land will emerge and he was pleased.

Go and find the waterman. Water makes the grass grow! Will this mound stay? Starting to take shape. A good hiding place. Joni is helping out. This one is a little long. Won't be long now. Is this my new office? Soon you will not be able to see the tower. A view from inside. When does this wall come down?

October 4th - The foreman said....let the wood burst forth for all sorts of seeds and plans.

This is just too much fun! Toss me that number 4 widget. These boards seem too long. Any body have a match? The future of the flooor, always sweeping. Let's dance, where is the sawdust? A whole lot of lumber! Is this my new office? What a view. Soon this wall will come down. Where do we put the stairs?

November 11th - And so it was and it was good, the end of the third month.

Looks like they are making progress. The Tower is dissappearing! Look at all the yummy food, said the termite. The upper room! An excellent walkway. We are always eating! Now where is that office? What a wonderful view! The Tower is gone! A nice little corner. Here is Mary's new office. I think it is a little bigger!

February 17th - The Angels flew in to help the builders ease their burdens....

Massive wings carry the load. The gentle giant moves with ease. The wings move graciously in the sky. It is beginning to take shape. We are making progress. We now have windows to the world! You can still see the Cross. The right tool for the job helps. This vehicle has found it's purpose.

February 27th - Great changes were possible once the ability to ascend to the upper room was made possible.

We can now get to the upper room! The working side of the stairs, or Keith's Room. The Upper Room looking north. Wow, what a view (look at the next picture for it). A new view made possible by this project! Where to put the wet bar? Now we have to clean up this mess... A new view of the cross. We can watch the geese fly in from here. Soon, this will be part of the scantuary. We now have windows and doors, yeah!
